The Evergreens Miniature Railway offers an enchanting venue for birthday parties and various special occasions, catering to train enthusiasts of all ages. Whether young or old, it’s an ideal location for celebrating those who adore the charm and nostalgia of trains.
Times & Availability
Birthday parties are available on Saturdays (apart from our Open Days) between Easter to October.
Two time slots are available with running times of approximately 2 hours:
Mornings from 10:30 to 12:30
Afternoons from 1:00 to 3:00
The organiser is allowed on site approximately half an hour before the allocated time slot to put up any banners, balloons or to bring in any party food.
Cost
Bookings have a minimum cost of £70 for up to 10 children. Alternatively, you can pay £7 per child for parties with 10 or more children. A £20 non-refundable deposit, which is deducted from your total bill, is necessary to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event.
For children not included in the initial party invitation (such as siblings), there is a charge of £3 each.
We are pleased to offer complimentary access for the parents of attending children, who are also invited to enjoy train rides at no extra cost.
Catering
The party host is welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and cake for the celebration. We provide tables, chairs, and picnic benches for your convenience.
For parents attending the party, we offer a selection of hot and cold food and drinks for purchase, similar to what is available on our Open Days.
Additionally, we can arrange specific party food for the children at an extra charge. For more details and to arrange this service, please download the food booking form provided below.
